Meet the doctor

Russell Morrow, DDS

Experience

Dr. Morrow is a President's Club recipient from Heartland Dental in recognition of his leadership, advanced dental skills, and service to the dental community. He is a Lead Mentor Doctor for Heartland Dental, overseeing the growth of over sixty doctors in three states as well as providing mentorship for hundreds of dentists throughout the United States. Dr. Morrow hosts continuing education classes for new dentists so they can become proficient in dental basics like painless root canals and wisdom teeth removal. He is a clinical mentor for implant placements as well as advanced surgical techniques. Additionally, he directs an annual Aesthetic Continuum where his focus is on transforming smiles for the economically challenged community in the Phoenix area. Dr. Morrow is passionate about the use of lasers in dental treatment and currently teaches a certification class as well as teaching for Biolase using a hard and soft tissue laser. Dr. Morrow is a Dental Examiner for the Western Regional Examination Board (WREB) and currently serves on the Arizona State Dental Board appointed by Governor Ducey and the Dental Exam Review Board (DERB). As an instructor for Invisalign, Dr. Morrow truly appreciates the importance of having a straight smile. Invisalign recently honored him as an international semi-finalist for case of the year in 2017.

Dr. Morrow is committed to giving back to his community and conducts numerous free dental days throughout the Phoenix area. He also provides dental education in many of the local elementary schools. Away from the office, Dr. Morrow loves traveling with his wife, Rebecca and his daughters, Jayne and Reagan. They are avid water/snow skiers, and Dr. Morrow has a particular passion for golf. Dr. Morrow also served a full-time two-year church service mission to Nebraska and provides dentistry to those in need on dental missions to underdeveloped nations.

Dr. Fletcher decided on a career in dentistry because of the daily opportunity to make a positive impact on her patients' lives. She is passionate about participating in continuing education programs so that she can provide the most advanced dental services. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Fletcher lives in Phoenix with her husband Larry. She spends most of her free time reading, watching movies (she loves action, psychological thrillers, and comedy), and spending time with her family. She enjoys working out and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Dr. Fletcher loves exploring new cuisines and is always looking for an opportunity to try new foods and desserts.

Dr. Hedayat is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona. His volunteer/service experience includes Give Kids A Smile, Arizona Mission of Mercy, New Futures, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and Maggie's Place.

He roots for all things Seattle: Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners, and Kraken. His favorite director is Christopher Nolan and his favorite movie is Inception. Dr. Hedayat also enjoys various outdoor activities and sports and spending quality time with friends and family.
